Delivery Times

As a small business we aim to despatch orders within 3 working days from receipt of order, although please bear with us during peak periods as this may be slightly longer.  

If you have a special request for quicker delivery, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll see what we can do.

All UK mainland orders will be sent out by Royal Mail 48 Tracked

We are only able to accept orders from the United Kingdom. Due to costly export/import requirements, we are unfortunately unable to accept orders from Northern Ireland.

We are not able to combine orders that have been placed separately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided on the order is correct. Customers are liable for the product and shipping cost incurred in sending an order where an incorrect address has been provided. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and correct address. We will do our best to send an order to the correct address if it has not already been despatched.

 

Returns

As a small business we really appreciate your order and hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to return your order for a refund, you may do so within 14 days of receipt.

The order must be returned to us unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an order, and any loss or damage incurred whilst in transit. We recommend packaging the order appropriately to protect it during transit and using a trackable service with insurance if necessary.

Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Except where a product is faulty, postage costs are non-refundable.
